What exactly are you attempting to find out if you dont mind me asking? From what I have read they are a race usuable in the Inquisition range of Games Workshop products. You really couldnt use them in 40k unless they have a codex. Which so far to my knowledge they dont.. Maybe an additional race in the future? Who knows..

Forever lost, yet forever found.

I take it you have a Skaven Army and want to use it or part of it in 40K. If you look at some of the matchups between fantasy and 40K (Empire / Imperial Guard, High Elves / Eldar, Tomb Kings / Necrons, etc...) In some of the fluff I have seen and some forum posts that I have read, Skaven models are very close to the Hrud and would be a similar match. I have been looking at a Slann / Lizardmen type of match.

If you want to pursue this, you may want to look at the Lost and the Dammed Army list in the Eye of Terror Codex. It has been one of the most effective and flexible lists in the game. It is ambigous enough to allow you to do substitutions. I have seen it used for many different army combinations. Adeptus Mechanicus TechGuard are a notable example that made a White Dwarf issue some time back.

My 2 cents for what it is worth.
